Water Saving Measures

We have all heard about the water crisis that Southern California is facing. Even after last winter’s above-average rainfall, we are still being cautioned to conserve water, especially in the landscape. We can help you to achieve these goals through a design with “the right plant in the right place” and plants that are grouped together based on light and water needs to allow for efficient irrigation. There are many other tactics that can be incorporated, including rain barrels, the reduction of turf on your property, drip irrigation and permeable hardscapes, to name a few. Water efficient landscapes do not have to consist of cacti alone…………traditional landscapes can be designed to consume less water and still offer you the “comfort” plants that you have come to love.
